What We Do

We work with a variety of athletes and teams across sporting codes, via face-to-face and virtual consultations. Based on individual needs, I primarily work in the spheres of Performance Enhancement, Performance Dysfunction, Performance Impairment and Performance termination. Each athlete I see will fall into one of these categories. Each has a different tailored approach for the athlete and their needs.

How can it help YOU

The least focused area to achieve optimal performance in sport is mentality. Our work is aimed at identifying and introducing the tools and building blocks athletes need for optimal performances, and incorporating it into their daily lives. Some athletes experience clinical difficulties that have an impact on their chosen sport. We take a holistic look at the athlete that may have certain barriers preventing them from performing optimally.

“ I am about 5 inches from being an outstanding golfer. That’s the distance my left ear is from my right.”
